“What Makes Me a Boy”, our kid’s board book is now available on Etsy!
I still can’t believe that we were fully funded on Kickstarter. It has always been a bucket list item of mine to have a fully funded Kickstarter project ✅ I am still pinching myself that it actually happened. All glory to God because without Him and the support of all of you…. well… that box would still be unchecked. And on to the next bucket list item….. I have a published book! ✅
From start to finish this project has been an intense work of love and learning. From starting a publishing company, to finding a board book printer, to approving samples, to making a kickstarter, to figuring out shipping and taxes, to now selling and marketing… I have grown a lot in knowledge and confidence. Now, it is finally out there. The final product ✅
Honestly, if I did not believe that this book was important, that its message needed to be read, that God desired me (&Isaac &Austin) to share it… this book would have died long ago. But I do. God loves every boy fiercely and created them intentionally, His children 💕 My prayer is that every boy & girl will feel His love and live confidently knowing that they are His beloved children.
God is working. Already I am hearing about the encouragement that this book has brought to families and the life changing conversations it has started. My job was to write the book, Isaac & Austin to bring the images to life, and now it is God’s turn to do the truly important work….changing lives.

As for the girl book, the writing is complete and the art 45% done!
Any and every work that pleases Jesus is met with worldly and spiritual challenges that we do not see. “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,” as the wise one said who helped heal many in the Roman world, which was much like ours.
This is an actual work of love that affirms our children and grandchildren. They all are precious and have no defects in the eyes of the one who created them…or in the eyes of their parents and family.
